Robert Daley was born and raised in Staten Island, New York on Christmas Day, 1986. He began rapping at the mere age of fourteen, recording his first song at sixteen years old. Beginning at the age of seventeen, he began to perform at various venues under his stage name C4. He has since recorded two mixtapes, Smooth Hustle Vol. 1 and 2 in 2008 and 2010, respectively. He is a hip-hop and R&B songwriter as well as artist, engineer, editor, musician and half of Strictly Treez Entertainment. He is a graduate of the Institute of Audio Research and has proven his ambition and determination regarding the entertainment industry through his calm, collected and professional manner concerning anything to do with the business. He is known as an artist of the people, a good decision maker, reminiscent of music moguls in the industry today. Not only does he have the talent to make a difference in the business, he also has the drive to become an renowned icon.
